Assessment, Scan, Diagnosis and Treatment – All in One Appointment
Many patients find themselves moving between multiple appointments before they receive a clear diagnosis or a plan. This can be slow, frustrating and expensive, and it can delay recovery.
The One Stop Clinic brings the key parts of care together in a single visit. You will have a consultant level assessment, an ultrasound scan at the point of care, and a clear explanation of the diagnosis. You will also receive practical guidance on management and next steps.
If an injection is appropriate as part of your treatment, it can usually be provided during the same appointment using real time ultrasound guidance.
The aim is to provide clarity, reduce waiting and support meaningful progress from the first appointment.
What’s included in a typical One Stop appointment:
- Expert clinical assessment
- Real-time ultrasound scan (performed by Dr Marwan)
- Immediate diagnosis and clear explanation
- Personalised rehab advice or treatment plan
- Ultrasound-guided injection, if appropriate
- Onward referral or scan arrangement, if needed
Rehab Planning and Physiotherapy
Some conditions benefit from a structured rehabilitation plan as part of long-term recovery. Dr Marwan works closely with some of Yorkshire’s most experienced physiotherapists, ensuring you’re referred to the right clinician for your condition and goals — whether you’re returning to sport, work, or everyday activity.
This joined-up approach means your physiotherapist is fully informed from day one, with clear guidance based on your scan findings and clinical diagnosis.
