Dr Marwan Al-Dawoud is a dedicated Sport and Exercise Medicine Physician with a focus on tendon problems, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and interventional treatments. A proud alumnus of the University of Manchester Medical School, he brings a wealth of expertise to the field of Sport and Exercise Medicine.

His notable roles include serving as the Lead Doctor for the England Rugby League team, finalists in the 2017 World Cup, and as the Head of Medical Services for the Leeds Rhinos, the victorious team of the 2020 Challenge Cup Final. Additionally, he has been the Lead Doctor for the England Partially Sighted Futsal team, which has reached the World Cup Finals twice.

Dr Marwan contributes as a reviewer to the British Medical Journal of Sport and Exercise Medicine and holds the position of National Sport and Exercise Medicine Doctor at Connect Health, the UK's premier independent provider of musculoskeletal healthcare. His practice extends across Yorkshire and the North West of England, where he works within NHS musculoskeletal services.
